Some Important Stuff

Deposits & Payment

Per our policy, we require a non-refundable 50% deposit to secure your shoot. You will receive an invoice from JWILL Multimedia which lists your deposit amount and the full amount. The remaining half will be due the day of the shoot. Photos will not be released until full payment has been processed.

Cancellation Policy

We value and respect your time. All shoots are subject to a 25% cancellation fee if you cancel shoot in less than 24 hours. If you would like to reschedule your shoot, please contact us at least 1 day prior to avoid fees.

No-Show Policy

We understand that things happen. While there is not a no-show fee, you will not be able to make further appointments with JWILL Multimedia until balance has been paid.
